• What motivates you to teach and why?

  It's my passion to teach and share, the way people treat someone who is in the position of a teacher that motivates me more than anything.

• When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?

  When i was in degree 1st year one of my friend is from Congo he use to speak french and he told me the benefits and how the French would help me to prosper in my life from then i started developing an interest in French.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of and why

  I admire my french teacher because he is well known for the examples he set among the students by which he gets more respect from them so i wanted to be the one like him.

• What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?

  I could say there was nothing like that I had to overcome in mastering my craft but the most important and a big task was to gain people's trust and fortunately that's going good so far.

• In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?

  Active listening and daily practice...

• What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?

  I say everyone feels the same when it is for the first time even i say that i felt the same, but later i will ask him to give a try in a different manner which would be easier to him and the way he could understand better.

• How does someone become a Super Teacher?

  The " SUPER TEACHER" when the teacher could explain how a student could understand the subject and follow according to that.. it is very important for a teacher that he should be able to make the student feel that he can understand it better.
