About Olivier
I'm a professional writer, journalist, and producer, born and raised in Paris. I've been in the U.S. for four years now, where I'm a correspondent for French television and a producer for many different French productions (documentaries and luxury brands). I've always taken a part of my time to teach and transmit my knowledge. It's also the core of my job as a journalist. Sharing information and knowledge. Now based in California, I noticed a huge and friendly curiosity for French culture in many ways. So I'd be happy to share with them a bit of my background, which is very rich due to my main occupation. I've been a TV host, a professional interviewer, and I've met the most powerful entrepreneurs, presidents, and rock stars. I have traveled to more than 100 countries. I have a lot to tell!

Born and raised in Paris, I spent most of my life working for the French industry with the most famous artists, chefs, creatives, and for the most iconic luxury brands. I still do. As a producer and journalist based in L.A., I still work for France's main TV, brands, and producing companies. I'll teach you the language through the practical and cultural aspects of the country. Either to prepare your next escapade to Paris or to know how to cut cheese in a proper way next time you organize a French dinner. We could even have a lesson while cooking. I know how to prepare French dishes too. And not only the Quiche Lorraine!
