About Marmar

I am a BC-certified French Immersion teacher with teaching experience in Quebec and Ontario. I provide personalized one-on-one French tutoring for elementary and secondary students.
My lessons are supportive, engaging, and adapted to each student’s level, needs, and goals. I help students improve their speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar while building confidence in French.

My Approach as a French Tutor
I am a BC French Immersion teacher who provides personalized, engaging, and student-centered one-on-one French tutoring. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, needs, learning style, and school goals.
Methodology: I focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing through conversation, games, stories, interactive activities, and real-life situations. Lessons can be aligned with the BC French Immersion curriculum.
Typical lesson: A short review, introduction of new language, guided practice, interactive activity, and final review with feedback.
What sets me apart: My experience as a French Immersion teacher allows me to combine professional teaching strategies with individualized attention, helping students improve their French while building confidence.
Who I teach: I work with elementary and secondary students, from beginner to advanced levels, including students who need support with conversation, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, homework, or overall French proficiency.
