About Ana

Started as a trainee IT Recruiter at a large headhunter (High Professional Recruitment & Selection) company, after my HBO study International Business Management I finally decided to continue in the Recruitment world. For example, I worked for a number of years at an International Recruitment company in Amsterdam in the Fashion & Luxury division and now I work for myself as a Freelance Recruiter. The great thing about my job is that I can guide candidates from A to Z, so I know the ins and outs of the application process. In addition, I also give advice and lessons regarding mindset, career doubts and motivation to create a successful future with you. My teaching method is based on needs and is therefore different for everyone. 1. I would first like to discuss with you what your points for improvement are and we will continue to work from there. 2. If necessary: we go through the entire application process from A to Z 3.
