About Eric
As a 3rd Degree Black Belt, I have over 14 years worth of experience in training in the art of American Kenpo Karate, as well as 12 years worth of experience teaching it. This experience allows me to be creative in my approach in how I teach the basic moves so that students can understand, no matter what their learning style.

I teach American Kenpo Karate to students from beginning students to advanced as well as character development skills, such as self-talk and goal setting, that benefit everyone.
Lessons can be either in-person or online and either in a one-on-one or group format.
American Kenpo Karate teaches practical self-defense through the use of basic combinations and foot maneuvers, among other things.
In a typical lesson, you will not only learn about self-defense and how your body naturally moves, but you will get yourself a good workout as well!
