About Evgeny

I am Russian-Canadian chess grandmaster and coach. I am a four time winner of chess Olympiads, two time winner of the world team championship and two time winner of the European team championship. I worked as the head coach of the Russian Men's chess team in 2010-2011 and the head coach of Russia’s Juniors’, Men’s and Women’s national team in 2010-2014. In recent years, I have been coaching Canada's top juniors. Last year I became Canadian champion. I have been playing for Canadian team since 2016.

About the lesson

I use skype and zoom platforms and Chessbase program. I am working on all aspects of chess game using modern and classical examples, such as comprehensive diagnostics, leveraging strengths/shorting up weaknesses, technique of calculations, in depth endgame lessons, pawn structure and etc.
