About Nomthandazo

I am Bachelor of Education in Foundation Teaching. I am doing my third year ( Yes, almost done). I volunteer as a tutor in my neighborhood and I tutor primary school children ( Grade 1-7) how to read and write. I love language and most people say I am good at it. I aspire to be a language lecture. I believe language is a foundation of all subjects. I love being a teacher because I love being a learner. I enjoy seeing my learner's eyes when they finally get something right or when they learn something new. I am always ready to share knowledge with others.

About the lesson

I always prepare my lessons before hand and I include my learners in my planning. I like to first touch on the foundations so I can assess the kind of learners I am working with and which methods will work best for them. I always consider my learner's learning styles and in my lessons I always include visuals unless the lesson does not require them. I am always engaging my students in my lessons by asking questions and if they can reference to their experiences. We always talk and listen in my lessons.
