About Keneilwe
I am a young passionate educator who is energetic and believes that every learner is capable of learning when given the right opportunity. I believe that education should not be difficult; rather, it should be simplified. I have taught from grade 1 to grade 4, and during my teaching experience, I gained a lot of skills such as good communication skills. I am well organized. I know how to schedule my time and plan out my lessons so that I can give the best lesson outcomes. I do not teach because it’s a job; rather, I teach because it’s a gift my Lord Jesus Christ blessed me with. Therefore, I always say that I teach with my heart. My lessons are based on real-life experiences (inquiry-based learning) to help them apply skills and knowledge. I expose my learners to hands-on activities to help build engagement within my classroom. I focus on what the learner needs more than what I teach; therefore, my lessons are not teacher-centered; rather, they are collaborative learning. I use different teaching methods to help each learner understand a certain topic, such as writing. Using objects to illustrate or make examples and playing games to explain the topic even further. Sometimes it could be watching a simple video as learners learn by seeing, listening, or writing. I aim to help each student become the best version of themselves; moreover, produce outstanding results in whatever area of subject they struggle with.
