About Matthew
I am a graduated track and field athlete for Saint Mary's University in Halifax. I have trained as decathlete for the last four years. I was also a member of the varsity cross country team at Saint Mary's University for two years. I have also coached high school teams for the last 5 years, coaching one provincial champion and dozens of provincial medalists.

My coaching methods are to listen to what the athlete wants to accomplish and where they want to be and put them in a position to achieve that. I have learned many of my drills from my former coaches, which include several team Canada coaches.
