About Lenore

I was barred to practice law in 2000. I had my own practice and was licensed to practice in Federal Court, State Court, and the United States Supreme Court. If you need to learn trial advocacy skills, I can help. As a civil trial lawyer I not only settled cases but also took clients through both bench and jury trials with success.

About the lesson

The first lesson is free where we will build a personalized syllabus together based on your specific needs. I teach all levels pre and post grad students. All lessons are based on hypotheticals to assist you in retaining what you have learned. I will help you understand how to brief your case, what you are supposed to learn from the case and how to apply it to different facts that may come up in class. The IRAC formula is used in real life as a trial lawyer so nailing that skill down will help with your courses, exams and practice. I can also assist you with trial advocacy skills including voir dire, opening and closing statements, direct examination, cross examination and the difference between a bench and jury trial in civil litigation cases.
