About Amaranta
I am an ex team GB gymnast and 9 time national medallist with over 10 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics. I have experience competing nationally and internationally, including competing in the qualifiers for the Commonwealth Games 2018. I am a Level 1 qualified Rhythmic Gymnastics coach with over 6 years of experience teaching children of all ages and abilities. My students have gone on to compete and medal in national competitions, and I'm confident I can help you achieve your goals, whether they're competitive or recreational.

I tailor my lessons to you based on your goals, experience, and pace. Typically for beginners, I design my sessions to improve your: - Strength specific to gymnastics - Flexibility - Artistic movement and choreography (with or without apparatus) - Apparatus skills (hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, rope) The taster will cover touch on all of the above but as we progress I will adjust the content of each class based on your progressions and preferences. If you are more experienced, I am also happy to discuss and design more specific sessions based on your needs! :)

Ama is an amazing teacher. She really helped my 10 year old daughter with developing confidence in gymnastics. Gymnastics is required in my daughter’s school but she needed to improve on it. Ama helped her develop the skills needed for her PE class. Ama is great with kids and is so friendly. I highly recommend her.
Amaranta works with us at our gymnastics club. She is a brilliant teacher and choreographer who competed at international level as a gymnast. She is a patient and caring coach who knows how to work on advance skills whilst also protecting the girls bodies from injury.
