About Max
Hi! I'm Max, a graduate of the Barcelona Municipal Conservatory and with two years of training at the Amsterdam Conservatory, where I immersed myself in the city's vibrant electronic scene. Throughout my career I have produced albums and tracks for labels such as Diffuse Reality Records (Techno, Berlin) and Drift Deeper (House, London), as well as collaborating with other electronic composers.
My experience ranges from music creation to mixing and mastering projects. My focus as a teacher is to help you develop your creative personality through innovative sound design techniques in Ableton Live.
My passion is sharing my knowledge so that students can tap into their creativity and discover the beauty of experimenting with electronic sounds. I love seeing how, through exploration and collaborative learning, each student finds their own artistic voice and develops the confidence to create unique and personal music.

As a teacher, my approach is based on practical and personalized learning, using creative techniques so that each student develops their own musical identity. My methodology focuses on experimentation, sound design and the use of Ableton Live, allowing each student to explore their creative potential at their own pace.
Teaching Techniques and Methodology:
Practical learning: My classes are practice-oriented from day one, working on real projects and simulating music production scenarios.
Creative personality development: I help each student find their own style, combining theory with sound experimentation and live creation.
Sound Design: I focus on sound design techniques in Ableton Live, teaching how to create textures, synthesize sounds, and make music have an emotional impact.
Sample Lesson Program:
Introduction to Ableton Live: Familiarization with the interface and basic tools.
Sound Design Techniques: Experimenting with synthesizers and effects.
Creating a track from scratch: Song structure.
Basic Mixing and Mastering: Practical tips for putting the finishing touches on a production.
Particularities as a Professor:
Personalization: I adapt the classes to the style and level of each student, whether beginner or advanced.
Creativity: I encourage an experimental and free approach so that the student can develop his/her unique style. I have great auditory analysis skills and can help find a specific sound!
Constant feedback: I provide constructive feedback throughout the creative process to improve and refine skills.
