About Bevin
I am a former 100m and 200m south african athletics champ. Currently doing my honors in Psychology and counseling, with unisa. I have coached netball groups and worked as a personal trainer and instructor, in Oman Muscat. I have also taught English at Chungdahm Academy for 2 years, in South Korea.

I focus on meal plans, psychological aspects of sports and fitness. I am very disciplined and would encourage my athletes to be the same, and consistency is very important too. Depending on the age groups, you would need to train 4 times a week, and and gym/strength training would be beneficial too. Training sessions would vary between speed training, functional, technique/starting techniques...
