About Doriane

Trained at the Ecole du Ballet de Paris J.Stanlowa, I had the chance to learn from renowned teachers such as Attilio Labis, Françoise Legrée, Carole Lagache, Dora Carpov, Antoni Janaszak among others.

I began my professional career at the Bydgoszcz Opera in Poland as a corypheus before becoming a soloist, which allowed me to discover the Vaganova technique and to dance many roles in the repertoire.
Invited to the Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, I also discovered the Balanchine method and enriched my technique.
I then continued an international career as a classical and neo-classical dancer in many operas and theaters during tours, events, etc…

Having obtained my state diploma in 2003, I have always taught alongside my career as a dancer and now devote myself full-time to teaching.

Recently I obtained the certification of teacher in Progressing Ballet Technique, a dance teaching method created by Marie Walton Mahon which works more specifically on the placement and quality of movement through reinforcement and muscle memory in order to broaden my educational palette.

I currently teach classical dance at the conservatory and in Paris (Studio Paris Mambo) in group lessons and give private lessons on request.

About the lesson

State-certified and certified teacher in Progressing Ballet technique, I offer private lessons for children / teenagers / adults from beginner to professional level in order to prepare for competitions and auditions but also to improve both in terms of technique, investment than artistic.

I teach classical dance according to the traditional method of the French school but also according to the Vaganova method which makes it possible to develop coordination, placement and technique without neglecting the artistic side essential to this discipline but also the PBT, Marie Walton method Mahon, which improves placement and technique by strengthening the deep muscles while respecting each individual's anatomy.

I adapt the course according to the objectives of each student for a personalized educational follow-up.

Medium and/or variations

-PBT course:
Positioning exercises and stretching according to the needs of the student

PBT equipment is provided as well as a portable bar for home lessons.

Possibility to give the course in English and Polish.
