TERMS & CONDITIONS
• IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19, all temperatures will be checked upon arrival at the venue and PRIOR to admission to the studio. Please phone in advance if you are feeling unwell and DO NOT attend class at all if you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms & contact your doctor or GP.
• Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Altitude Dance takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio.
• You & your child are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and during the class you must at all times take care of your own personal safety.
• It is preferable that if you are unwell at all, please do not attend class to avoid spreading illness as some people have lowered immunity to viruses. Please respect this request.

ABSENCES
• We do not refund absences. No refunds/credits are given to for dancers missing classes, missed classes due to vacation, holidays and/or days off from school.
• Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal. We require two weeks advanced written notice if you or your child wishes to withdraw from any program.
• Arrangements with the Director may be made for students involved with skating competitions & additional skating training. Please speak with Kimberly prior to commencement of Term 1 Classes if you wish to advise of an absence for a skating test/competition/workshop

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
• Altitude Dance reserves the right to change or cancel a lesson up to and including the date of the lesson if insufficient bookings have been received or if your teacher is unwell.
• In the event of a lesson being altered or cancelled, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates, times or venues.
• If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, a class credit valid for 12 months will be granted at the discretion of the Director.
• Refunds & Class Credits will be granted only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Director. Proof of circumstances
may be required ie. Medical Certificate, Doctor’s Letter.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
• Photographs taken by coaches/teachers during classes are for educational purposes ONLY and released upon request of the student/parent/guardian.
• Photographs may only be taken with the permission of the Director, parent, and student.
• No videos of any classes will be permitted under any circumstances.
• All choreography remains the intellectual property of Altitude Dance, under strict Copyright Law and may only be reproduced/used
with the permission of the Director/Choreographer.
• Kimberly is a registered member of AUSDANCE and complies will all Occupational Health and Safety Procedures as per
@SafeDance Instruction.
• By attending classes on our timetable, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
