About Mason
I am a former Division I College soccer player who played Pro Overseas in Sweden for a season after graduating from The College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Psychology. I then completed my Master’s degree in Applied Sport Psychology at UNC Greensboro, and went on to achieve my certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the AASP. I have coached and mentored players from 6 years of age up through high school.

My teaching method is very hands on and depends a lot on my student. If someone has a clear goal in mind when coming into sessions I can help them get there. Previously I had focused heavily on just the physical side of coaching, but with my new knowledge gained from my Master's program in Applied Sport Psychology I can now come at whatever problems players face from multiple directions and ensure we reach your goals!
