I'm sure to meet my students exactly where they are & where they want to go wIth their trainings. With explanations for why each exercise in my classes are important & how their bodies adapt to each of them.
Encouraging them to never give up or judge themselves as they try to achieve each movement it's important to stay focused on the positive developments of their training.
