About Caroline
A former lifeguard and education teacher, I combine my acquired competencies to create enjoying, challenging, and effective learning strategies to build skills and confidence.
I can teach beginners to advanced. One note, I can teach butterfly, but due to an injury, I cannot model it.
For aquafit, routines vary depending on the goals, abilities, and ease of the learner.
