Each lesson is catered to the student based on their needs. Special attention is given to the goals set at the very beginning of the lesson. Communication is very important in the class room. Students must be open to new methods that will assist in increasing their knowledge. While teaching time is incredibly important, the work does not stop when the hour ends. Commitment to assignments must be evident.
