About Chantelle
I earned a PhD and Masters degree in English Literature and have taught writing and graded university English papers for ten years. I can help you identify your next brilliant idea and help you develop it into a compelling essay or report. If you are working on a thesis, an article, or a chapter and you're feeling stuck, I can also take you through the steps to help you find what drew you to the project initially, provide feedback as the project takes shape, help you decode feedback from supervisors or reviewers, and help you turn in an outstanding product.

I approach teaching writing as a coach would - I isolate the key skills a student needs to work on, design fun exercises that will help us hone a specific skill, and then find different and engaging ways to practice the skill before we put the skill to use in writing a great final document. I will cheer you on and as we get to know each other I will find ways to make what we're learning relevant to your interests and needs.
