About Ellen
I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and another in education. I am certified to teach piano to a Grade 2 level. I have taught students aged 6 to 14 in a classroom setting. At my home piano studio, I have taught students from age 5 to 65.

I love to teach beginners to play piano! I use the intervallic method, and incorporate games and high interest activities into every lesson. Expect to learn a fun rote song in the very first lesson, and to make steady progress in reading music and playing chords.
I teach beginners of all ages.
