About Satrajit
I am a Doctor of Business Administration from Canterbury University, and function as a Business Efficiency & Strategy Coach, Lead Assessor, Practitioner & Trainer in Strategy, DISC, NLP, ISO 26000, AA1000, OD, Balanced Scorecard & Strategic Performance Management Systems, OSHAS & Social Compliances. I have serveda as functionary of several deployment ventures in core processes, and am certified by PECB, Canada as a Global Trainer for ISO 26000. Currently promoting three Start Ups, I have served as Head of Consultancy in The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Deputy Director and Head of Division in the Indian Chamber of Commerce’s Centre of Excellence which I helped set up; as Deputy Director in The Confederation of Indian Industry; and function as Director on Board, Sustainable Design Research Consortium, a Social & Environmental Design NFP I helped promote. Previous assignments include roles like Head-Training, Technable Corporation, USA; Executive Director, International Nemetics Foundation; Executive Director-Learning, LittleExtra, and IIM Pupil’s Venture; and Sr.Manager-Product Development, Consultree Learning Solutions. My clients include Titagarh Wagons Ltd, Graphite India, India Carbon, Electrosteel Casting, Spencer’s Retail, MTS Mobile, USHA Martin, TIL, IOCL, Unilever, Tata Motors, IFGL, BOC, Tata Steel, Tata Chemicals, MCCPTA, Development Consultants Private Limited, GE Capitol, Bharati Mobitel, the Future Group, and Bangur BFL, where I delivered interventions, as well as implemented systemic processes.

Post a pre-intervention TNI (Session and Individual Training Needs Analyses or Assesment) I use Interactive Peer Led-Learning, Guided Discovery, Simulations & Role Playing, Facilitative Skilling and other emergent and anthropocentric learning methodologies for my incumbents. I use accelerated learning stratgies, CEFR training methods (specifically for language and soft skills) and Storycrafting and Storytelling Approaches for ensuring that each and every learner who comes in contact with me is enriched as per his or her needs.
