About Géraldine
Former professional dancer, became Pilates teacher with strong emphasize on rehab, functional movement and pre-postnatal care. I developped my own method and brand in China for seven years.
From athletes, to pre surgery and young mom my clients are various and wide: I treat a lot with my method people for back pain, chronic pain - Pre and postnatal pilates - for recovery after childbirth.
I regularly give conferences and workshops accross the world and especially Asia to share my method of rehabilitation after childbirth through Pilates and a global approach to movement.

Specialist in movement, I am very devoted to my profession and my goal is to bring people to understand their muscular and functional functioning in order to develop an ability to do all sports & have daily life free of pain.
I give classes at my private studio in Nice- equipped with small props, WUNDA CHAIR, Reformer and Balanced Body equipment or I can come to you :throughout the 06 to give private lessons : individual or small groups.
I speak three languages: English, French, Chinese.

Outside of Nice travel costs of 20 euros apply;
Cancellation must be made the day before - or six hours before the course - if necessary the course will be charged.
