About Ale
I am a qualified UK primary teacher and a former Assistant Headteacher at a specialist school. I am confident applying trauma-informed practice and individual strategies that work around pupils' strengths and interests instead of focusing exclusively on their needs.

School can be incredibly overwhelming for neurodivergent children, and standard online tutoring often is not any better. If your child struggles with anxiety, processing delays, or communication difficulties, a rigid lesson layout simply won't work.
My focus is entirely on creating a calm, patient, and predictable environment where pupils feel safe and completely free from judgement.
How we will work together?
Working with their pacing: I look closely at your child’s energy, attention span, and emotional regulation on the day, and I adapt the lesson on the spot.
EHCP Alignment: If your child has an EHCP, we won't just work through random worksheets. We look at their specific outcomes and build our time together around those targets.
Using what works: I use clear visual aids, interactive digital whiteboards, integrating the students' interests to motivate participation and using strategies I’ve developed alongside speech and language therapists over the years.
