About Maya
Maya is a certified APMG Change Management Practitioner and certified Coach.
I graduated from Manchester Business School with a Masters degree in International Business and Management. I also had the opportunity to do a semester abroad at Bocconi University. I joined the Graduate Consulting Group at Accenture shortly after in London which is where I began my consultancy career.
I have worked with companies based both in the UK and the US, as well as Asia. I have extensive experience working as a professional from analyst level through to management. I decided to specialise first in Change Management and then Coaching, because I am passionate about people and working and building relationships on a one-to-one basis.
Because of my professional and academic background, I know what it takes to stand out in your career and also at university especially when it is competitive. I also know how it can feel when you want to reach your best potential but you need someone to coach you through or to show you how it's done.
I offer a free consultation on Zoom so that I can understand more about your needs and to put together a timeline of what we'll cover and for how long. You'll also get to know more about me and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

About me:
I have worked for 14 different companies within consulting, banking, technology and manufacturing sectors and I have more than 10 years of experience as a Change Management Practitioner. I have regularly coached individuals both privately and as part of my job as well as mentoring graduates. My academic background and extensive travel abroad has enabled me to work with individuals from all over including countries within Asia where English language is not the first language and as a result can be even harder when working for an English-speaking company.
As an introvert who has navigated the corporate world I know what it takes to get noticed and to succeed. I'm passionate about helping you to realise your strengths and get the support and guidance you need in the areas where you may be struggling.
I typically work with professionals, and also students at undergraduate and post-graduate level.
