Miriam, as I fondly call her, is not only a brilliant Portuguese teacher, but also an amazing human being. I have been having her class online for a little over a year, and I feel my confidence in expressing myself in
Portuguese has significantly grown! Sky is the limit. This goes not only writing, but also speaking.
One thing that I love about her is that in every twist and turn I have experienced so far, there is this comfort that I can talk through it- whatever that was, with her. I am sure that many of you can relate, but finding a safe space like this does not occur every day.
That is why I am always super excited to have our weekly class.
