About Patrick
As a student I will shortly be getting my degree in Marketing Management. For more than two years I have been intensively involved in nutrition, reading studies and scientific articles and specializing food in my bachelor thesis. Through my passion for sports, I discovered how important a full-fledged diet is for well-being and performance. My burning desire is to share my knowledge and experience with others to help people by reaching their individual goals.

Hello, I'm Patrick! As experienced athlete I do not offer short-term diets, but develop sustainable solutions together with you. Aim of consultation is to give you the possibility to discover your own healthy diet which also makes you happy in the long term. My services are aimed at all people who want to live healthy, feel well, lose weight or build muscle. The content and duration of the consultation is adopted to your individual needs. Communication takes place via Internet via video telephony (Skype, Facebook, WhatsApp or FaceTime). Before the first lesson, I offer all those interested a free 60-minutes session where both parties can introduce themselves and ask questions.
