My teaching approach changes depending who I am instructing. Some people need to see things step by step while others can get the feel of a motion all at once. Performance arts are all about building muscle memory and fire performances take that to another level by adding stress from potential danger to the mix. Safety is preached first and everything is practiced without fire until each movement can be sufficiently done without too much conscious thought
