About Onimesh
an adrenaline junkie always on the lookout for the next most challenging thing to do. Started out as a skinny high school athlete when i first stepped into a gym to rehabilitate a knee injury and instantly fell in love. The frustration of not being able to play sports anymore fueled my determination to do anything that seemed challenging and i haven't looked back since. Fast forward four years, i have a solid base in conventional weight lifting, Cross Training, MMA, endurance sports, ultra distance trail running, and a keen interest in sports nutrition and injury rehabilitation, and i want to reach out to as many people as i can to help them conquer their own mountains (literally and figuratively), and i'm doing it for free.

all my knowledge is acquired throughout my journey in the vast world of health and well being, i have had a diverse upbringing in this industry, learned from a whole bunch of elites in the business and the best coaches around.
my methodology is pretty simple and my ways are often unconventional. I'm a firm practitioner of perceiving fitness as a lifestyle, i don't believe in quick transformations and easy fixes. More often than not, my methods are going to be a pain in the ass but a ton of fun and satisfying to conquer. I'm here to help you take that leap of faith and make that change to a fit lifestyle, not help you get an eight pack in 9 hours... and my fees is your grit and commitment. are you ready?
