About Ihab
I started my training in lockdown and got to know that it can be achieved without gym. Broke all the myths around me and now I want to share this knowledge to other people so they shouldn't have the stereotype of going to gym.

My teaching method is first I'll make sure the person is totally interested.
If he/she is not interested I would encourage them and develop their interest. Training should be consistent so I would give them a plan and then process of execution.
