I am the fitness instructor and Personal trainer. I used to teach physical theatre in the Arts Centre in Aberystwyth. I have a masters degree in Physical Acting.

My teaching method is about exploring the limits which hold our progress, just to find the the creative ways to overcome them.
The structure I have in my lessons is very simple; observe, listen, make a change.
I apply theatrical background into my teaching, as I believe that opening the creative ways for achieving the success is more approachable and enjoyable. It is a creative journey that influences not just the body shape, but brings also a lot of benefits for our creative mind development.
