About Kopano
I am a Information technology support technician by profession but I have always been a good personal trainer to most of my friends and family. I always loved gym and I am very passionate about training other people so much.

Strength training twice and normal training 3 time a weeks.
Strength training once for the lower body and week same thing with the upper body.
