My approach to tutoring is results-driven and grounded in the cognitive science behind how students really learn. That means I will employ a whole suite of learning techniques from Socratic questioning, the Feynman technique, active recall, spaced repetition and more to ensure that learnt subject knowledge is retained. Above all, it is important to note that everything starts with reverse-engineering the exam; once the mechanics of the exam are understood, scoring highly is no more difficult than following a few well-practised steps.
