About Jessica

Hello! I’m Jess, a first-class Law graduate from the University of Cambridge. I am currently preparing for the SQE solicitor exams before I begin my training contract at a Magic Circle firm in London. My passion for law is matched by my dedication to making the learning process as comfortable and accessible as possible for my students. I understand how challenging legal studies can be, and I aim to make your study experience both enjoyable and effective. Outside of my academic and professional life I love to run, read and play the guitar (although I’m not exactly a virtuoso!). I also cherish spending time with my friends and family, which helps me stay grounded and connected to the things that matter most. Above all, I’m personable and approachable—so you can feel confident in reaching out for help whenever you need it!

My passion for law – both as an academic discipline and professional practice – drives my commitment to helping students not only excel in their legal studies but also in their future careers. Teaching I appreciate how challenging studying law can be and recognise that no one student learns or develops in the same way. My aim is to transform the learning process into a stress-free and enjoyable journey. Together, we’ll explore intricate legal concepts, tackle exam questions and ensure you feel confident in applying your knowledge. My focus also extends to effective revision strategies and ensuring students know how to apply their knowledge in exams.
