About Samantha
I am a LLM in Legal Practice candidate having just completed my undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Buckingham. I have completed two higher education courses and so know a bit about studying! I have tutored informally from GCSEs to Undergraduate levels and believe in a reciprocal learning approach! Everyone has something to teach each other! Whether its confidence in your analytical skills or comprehension of sometimes pretty complex concepts I hope to be able to help guide and improve in areas of difficulty - especially at this time of remote learning which is a bit strange and disengaging!

I am available to teach A - Level and Undergraduate Law, my specialty subjects are Human Rights, Family Law, Medical Law and Legal Research and Writing but I can help with all areas of core law subjects!
I firmly believe in student-led learning, utilising the time allotted by focusing down on the tricky issues whilst still contextualizing within the subject. I do believe that good study habits and learning skills are the foundation of all learning but especially law. The content can seem overwhelming but I hope to help break this down and build those skills that may be the key to successful learning.
First session would be to get to know you as a student, where you think youre struggling, what are your aspirations and also what interests you and which bits you find really dull. After this we can plan ahead, if you wish, to see what youd like to tackle and which areas youd like support in!
