I'm a bubbly and kind person who loves to bring warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction. My naturally sunny disposition helps create positive connections with both children and adults, fostering a safe, friendly, and approachable environment. I am also incredibly adventurous. I thrive on exploration, seeking out new experiences, and embracing challenges with an open mind. This adventurous spirit translates into a curiosity that drives me to try new things and see the world from different perspectives. Two of my greatest passions are cooking and baking. There's something truly satisfying about the creativity and precision involved in turning simple ingredients into delicious meals and treats. Whether I'm experimenting with a new recipe or perfecting a classic, I find immense joy in the process and in sharing what I create with others.

Learning Through Play: This is the core of my approach. I join children in their play, using it as a vehicle to model skills, introduce new vocabulary, and support communication in a natural and engaging way. Individualised Attention: I tailor resources and activities to the child's unique learning style, pace, and interests. This might involve using real-life examples, visual aids, sensory activities, or hands-on exploration. Positive Reinforcement and Relationships: Building a strong, trusting relationship is paramount. I create a positive, emotionally supportive environment where children feel safe to take risks, make mistakes (which are treated as clues, not failures), and ask questions. Scaffolding and Independence: I provide appropriate support when a child is learning a new skill, gradually reducing help as they become more competent and confident. This fosters independence and a sense of achievement.
