About Vera
With 19 years of experience as a French tutor, I have worked with High School and College students and successfully taught around 150 to 200 learners. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding each student’s learning style and adapting my approach accordingly. I believe that when teaching is personalized, students feel more confident and engaged.
I design my lessons to be interactive and easy to follow, combining grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice. I also make sure to include real-life situations so students can relate to what they are learning. One of my notable achievements is helping students improve their academic results while also gaining confidence in speaking French.
Many of my students have developed a positive mindset toward learning the language. I am dedicated to making every class productive and enjoyable.

My approach to teaching French is centered on making learning interactive, practical, and easy to follow. I maintain flexibility in my teaching by adapting lessons according to each student’s needs, learning speed, and goals. Whether a student prefers structured lessons or interactive practice, I adjust my approach to suit their learning style. I encourage collaboration by involving students in discussions, exercises, and speaking activities that build confidence and improve communication skills.
I also follow a compassionate teaching style, creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning and improving at their own pace. Along with French, I also teach grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation, listening, reading, and writing skills. I also include cultural awareness to help students understand the language in a deeper and more practical way.
