First and foremost, with more than three years of extensive field experience, I am fully skilled in completing any duties associated with the job. I have experience in teaching in South Calcutta Law College. I had given lectures on the subjects like Constitutional Law, Company Law, Criminal Law. Besides conducting legal research, representing indigent defendants, and providing professional advice and recommendations to clients, I also excel at:
· Preparing legal reports, Vetting of Agreements/Contracts, Drafting, Reviewing Due diligence& other documents, Trademark Registration & Objection replies, Compliance, Legal Notices, Case analysis, Microsoft office & other related tasks.
· Analyzing and evaluating legal facts, training and coordinating Legal Interns, and participating in all phases of cases.
· Performing various administrative duties, completing pre-trial hearings, and negotiating plea agreements.
· Managing confidential documents and files and executing any other duties as required, for constantly performing exceptional work and achieving extraordinary results.
At present, I’m practicing as an Advocate in Kolkata District & High Court along with pursuing my master’s in corporate laws. I had completed the LLM degree (2020-2021) from Amity University, Jaipur, where I am amongst the top students with the best academic results & participation in extracurricular activities. Furthermore, I am a detail-oriented individual possessing extensive knowledge of law and a strong determination to meet and exceed all your expectations for this role.
