About Bushara
I've been performing and singing for as long as I can remember, and over the years I've built a strong ear for pitch, tone, and what makes a voice sound good versus strained. I'm not coming at this from a strict classical training background, I care more about practical results than theory for its own sake.
I started teaching because I know how intimidating singing can feel for beginners. So many people assume they "can't sing" when really nobody ever showed them the basics in a way that made sense. I want lessons to feel relaxed and encouraging, not like a performance you're being judged on from day one.
Whether you're a total beginner who's never sung in front of anyone or someone looking to sharpen skills you already have, I focus on real, practical improvement, not just theory you'll forget the next day.

I don't teach singing like a music theory class. A lot of people avoid singing lessons because they think you need to already know how to read music or have some natural gift before you start, and that's just not true. I focus on practical things you can actually feel and hear working, breathing properly, hitting a note cleanly, finding your range, not sitting there explaining scales for twenty minutes.
Having performed constantly for most of my life, I've picked up a strong ear for pitch and tone, and I use that to help students hear the difference themselves, not just tell them what's wrong. Most people already have a better voice than they think. It's usually technique and confidence holding them back, not talent.
Every lesson is built around where the student actually is. If you're nervous or have never sung in front of anyone, we start small and build up. If you already sing but want to improve control or range, we work on that directly. No pressure, no judgment, just steady progress you can hear for yourself.
