About Tadzmahal
I'm Tadz, a learning and development coach, academic and career coach, and certified master trainer based in Dubai, named Best Trainer three times.
For 10 years, my work has been helping people learn and find their voice. I started on the front line and grew into leading learning for international teams across 20+ airports on three continents. I have trained hundreds of people, certified frontline colleagues as trainers, and I am a speaker at HRSE Dubai 2026, the region's HR Summit and Expo.
A decade in learning and development taught me how people learn and what makes it stick. I bring that to every lesson: I listen first, find what is holding you back, and build the plan around you.
Whether you want to read a novel with confidence, perform a poem or deliver a speech that lands, we will get you there, one lesson at a time.

Every lesson starts with you: where you are today, where you want to be, and what is holding you back.
I am a learning and development coach and certified master trainer with 10 years of experience training and coaching international teams across 20+ airports and three continents. Speaking in front of a room is my everyday work, and I will help you do the same with confidence.
What we cover:
• Communication: speaking clearly, listening well, and saying what you mean at school, at work and in daily life.
• Reading: understanding, vocabulary, and reading aloud with expression.
• Literature: novels, short stories and plays, and how to read them closely and write about them.
• Poetry: meaning, sound and rhythm, and how to perform a poem.
• Oratory: speeches, presentations and debate, from structure to voice, pace and body language.
How it works:
1. A first session to check your level and agree clear goals, using the international CEFR scale (A1 to C2).
2. A plan built only for you, never a one size fits all course.
3. Lessons of 60 to 90 minutes, each with its own presentation, a handout and practical exercises.
4. A short recap at the start of every lesson, and a final speech or presentation to show your progress.
For middle and high school students and adults, from beginner to advanced. All lessons are online by video call, so you can join from anywhere.
We celebrate mistakes here, because that is how we learn.

All lessons are online and taught in English. Bookings are final: lessons and packs cannot be canceled or refunded, so please choose your time carefully. The free 30-minute first meeting is a short introduction so we can get to know each other. Your level check and personal learning plan are done in your first full lesson.
