About Natalie
Advocacy isn’t just about speaking up—it’s about knowing how to communicate in a way that people will listen.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I’ve built a reputation for helping people organize complex situations, present facts clearly, and communicate with confidence. As an honors Business Administration student and business professional, I’ve spent years developing the skills needed to write persuasive, well-organized, and professional communication. From executive summaries and business reports to advocacy letters and formal appeals, I’ve learned that the strongest message isn’t always the loudest—it’s the one that’s thoughtful, credible, and impossible to ignore.
My approach is built on collaboration, not correction. I don’t believe in speaking for people or rewriting their stories. Instead, I help you organize your thoughts, strengthen your message, and communicate in a way that reflects your own voice while remaining professional, respectful, and impactful. My goal is to teach you skills you can use long after our lessons are over, giving you the confidence to advocate for yourself in school, the workplace, healthcare, or everyday life.
Students choose to work with me because I understand that behind every letter, email, or appeal is a real person navigating a real challenge. I bring patience, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping people communicate with confidence. Every lesson is personalized because every story is different, and every voice deserves to be heard.
If you’re looking for someone who will simply edit your writing, I’m probably not the right fit. If you’re looking for someone who will help you become a stronger communicator, organize your thoughts, and learn how to advocate for yourself with clarity, professionalism, and confidence, I’d be honored to work with you.

Every person deserves to be heard, especially when the outcome matters. Whether you’re communicating with a school, employer, insurance company, medical provider, government agency, or another organization, the way you present your message can make all the difference. My goal is to help you organize your thoughts, communicate with confidence, and create advocacy letters that are clear, respectful, persuasive, and authentic to your voice. I don’t write your story for you—I help you tell it in the strongest way possible.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and personalized because I know every situation is different. Before we begin, I take the time to understand your goals, your audience, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. Together, we’ll organize your information, strengthen your message, improve clarity and structure, and make sure every detail supports the outcome you’re working toward. I also explain the reasoning behind every recommendation so you gain the skills and confidence to advocate for yourself long after our lessons are over.
What sets me apart is my combination of academic achievement, professional experience, and real-world advocacy work. As an honors Business Administration student and business professional, I’ve written executive summaries, business reports, professional correspondence, and persuasive advocacy letters that have helped people communicate more effectively. I understand that successful advocacy isn’t about using the biggest words or the strongest emotions. It’s about presenting facts clearly, building credibility, and creating a message that is organized, respectful, and difficult to ignore.
These lessons are for high school students, college students, adults, parents, caregivers, and professionals who want to become stronger, more confident advocates. Whether you’re writing an appeal, responding to an important decision, preparing professional correspondence, or simply trying to make sure your voice is heard, I’ll meet you where you are and help you communicate with confidence, professionalism, and purpose.
