About Meera
I am a personal life coach, health and wellness coach, meditation practitioner, and doctor (MBBS). I know all too well the negative effects of stress and the toll it takes on our body, mind, heart, and spirit. I have studied effective ways of managing stress and have achieved both personal and professional success with myself and with my clients while implementing my techniques and I would love to share them with you as well!
