About Karolina
Hi, I’m Karolina Klark, a dedicated meditation teacher based in the beautiful Andaman Islands. My journey with mindfulness and meditation began over a decade ago, sparked by a personal search for peace and clarity. Since then, I’ve studied and practiced various forms of meditation, including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), breathwork, and body awareness techniques. My teaching style is intuitive, gentle, and grounded in the belief that meditation is for everyone—no matter your background or experience. I focus on creating a safe, open space where you can explore your inner world, let go of stress, and return to your natural state of presence. Living in the Andamans has deepened my connection to nature and to stillness. I incorporate the tranquil energy of this island paradise into every session, allowing the beauty of the surroundings to support your inward journey. Sessions can be held outdoors by the ocean, under palm trees, or in peaceful forest areas, making each experience truly unique and rejuvenating. Whether you’re looking for a simple moment of calm, healing from stress, or building a long-term meditation practice, I’m here to guide you with compassion and care.
