I would describe myself as someone who is patient, who has a lot of experience with younger children, not necessarily academically, but through many years of babysitting, so I am conformable working and adapting to children/teenagers of different ages. In terms of a lesson structure, at the beginning of each lesson I would like to recap what was previously taught and discussed in the last lesson to make sure the student has fully understood what was taught. I would then where appropriate, let the student lead the lesson, in the sense of knowing what they would like to cover or what they need help with. I will always try to make the lessons imaginative and engaging.
