About Rhian
I am a final year Law undergraduate at the University of Sheffield looking to provide tutoring sessions to support my studies.
I have previous experience with tutoring, childcare and mentoring, so I am comfortable and confident in roles of this nature. In particular, my previous tutoring work has involved supporting students in preparation for their GCSE exams. In the case of one student, I was responsible for teaching her the entire GCSE Law and Psychology curriculums from scratch (both of which she passed).
I achieved 12A* and an A at GCSE, and studied Psychology and English Literature at A-Level. I am currently on track to achieve a high 2:1/first in my Law studies at university.
My teaching style is flexible, and is adapted based on each student. I think it’s important that students enjoy their lessons, and have the opportunity to interact and ask questions in order to learn effectively. I am particularly focused on helping students to improve their exam technique, and ensuring that they fully understand the subject matter.

Rhian is friendly, very well organised, reliable and great with time management. Her sessions are well planned and thought through.
Rhian was my homeschooled daughters tutor for 2 years , from 12 to 14 years old . Rhian taught my daughter via Skype in the subjects law and psychology. My daughter took GCSEs in both subject this summer and received grade B ( which for 14 years old is great )
