About Adriana

I started competing in chess very early, playing my first continental game when I was 4 years old, if very young. From there, I have acquired different tools, based on my experience, to support players who want to enter or who are already part of high competition.

My chess qualifications are:
♟️Candidate for Female Master, a title that accredits a level of play greater than 2000 FIDE Elo points, my maximum peak being 2015.
♟️FIDE Instructor. Title awarded by the International Chess Federation (FIDE), which accredits me as an international coach.

Additionally, I am part of the Valencian Chess Federation, where, in addition to my position as Communications Manager, I am a coach of the "Impulsando la Dama" program, which gives weekly classes and events to girls under 18 years of age with the aim of increasing and preserve the female presence in the chess world.

Among the greatest achievements of my students I can highlight several:
- First place at the regional level
- First place at the regional level
- Successful preparations against superior rivals
- FIDE Elo increases of +100 points in less than 1 year
- Victories in competitions just 3 months after starting classes.

Among my greatest achievements as a professional chess player I highlight:
- Pan-American blitz champion and Pan-American runner-up in classic mode.
- National Youth Champion
- Absolute Regional Champion at the Benidorm Chess Open 2022
- Absolute Champion by Elo Section at the Open Cuna in Valencia.

About the lesson

FIDE Instructor - Chess Master Candidate (WCM). My teaching methodology is based on working on the different aspects of chess: opening, middlegame and endgame, which are the most common; but we will also spend time reviewing various strategic issues, calculation methods and tactics.

If chess is your hobby, and you simply want to learn a little more about it, we will design a program tailored to you. And, if you want to enter, or are already part of competitive chess (at all levels), we will design a work plan, where we will work hand in hand, with fluid communication and my availability 24/7 when you have competitions.

As a teacher I really like to prepare entertaining classes, and make this complex game something much more bearable and fun.

The classes are aimed at people without a FIDE Elo of all levels up to a FIDE Elo of 1800.
