About Des
I've been coaching goalkeepers as soon as I stopped playing. It was a natural progression for me to go into coaching. After coming through the schoolboy system and not having much success regarding Trials etc.. I signed for top amateur clubs and it was from early then I wrote to Kevin keegan. A scout was sent out but I had no look there but I was yiven advice in how to improve my game it wasn't long after that I receive correspondence from Glasgow Celtic FC inviting me for trials and coaching sessions to improve my game.
I continued my amateur status fir sometime then. And went down my coaching pathway with the FAI.

Simple hard work and dedication and the want to be the best you can be. I develope goalkeepers and encourage and make stronger resilient people. You only get out of it want you put into it. Enthusiasm is not underestimated.
