About Bárbara

As a Lifestyle and personal development instructor, I carry around the will to teach and learn wherever I go. I´m brazilian and have just moved from Rio to Sutton, so I´m getting to know the place and people while I share a some of the good stuff I´ve leaned so far.

I´m always in for skating, climbing, freediving and most of all: surfing. Since these aren´t the easiest things to find in London very frequently, i have just started a new sport: muay thai. I´m also a writer, a coffee, island and ocean lover.

About the lesson

Are you ready to push your limits further away and get to know what you are capable of ?

Come and try for yourself techniques that will assist you on increasing body counciousness through breath training, flexibility, strenght, concentration, meditation and emotional management.

Although the classes are practical, they are always filled with well being concepts so you can apply them to your daily life straight after you leave the meeting.

Graduated as a DeROSE Method Entrepreneuer, I practice this Lifestyle for high performance and life quality since 2012. If you haven´t heard of it, here it goes:

What is DeROSE Method?

The DeRose Method is a proposition for greater quality of life, civility, good relationships, culture, good nutrition and fitness. Some of our tools are respiratory re-education, stress management, organic body techniques that improve muscle tone and flexibility, procedures to enhance emotional relaxation and mental concentration. All this ultimately aiming at the expansion of consciousness and self-knowledge.

Of course this doesn’t happen overnight, our Method has over 50 years of experience. Our tradition guides and fuels our proposal. Our instructors go through a comprehensive and continuous training program that ensures excellent technical orientation and personalized monitoring in the conceptual and behavioral aspects, enabling them to guide their students’ self-realization with the help of our culture.

You are very welcome to join the open classes that are taking place every Tuesday during the month of May. The classes start at 6pm till 7:30. Drop me a message and i will send you the full address after you RSVP.

Besides that, prices vary, depending on if you choose for private or group lessons.
So just get in touch and we can figure it out whats best in your case.
