About Phumelele
I'm a qualified educator, majored in English and isiZulu. I've taught for 19 years in both combined and Secondary Schools. I have great passion for my subjects. During my journey of teaching I have learnt that engaging learners with languages made the subjects to be more easier and exciting. They are able to freely express their opinions and be able to relate that with their experiences. I've also headed the Languages Department for 14 years. I am also a qualified Librarian and also a Human Resource person. All the fields I've trained for engages interaction with people which is where my heart is. I get more fulfilled knowing that I've contributed to the success of each learner I engage with. I find it very hard not to see a potential in my students especially with the everyday language that we use in our daily lives.

Secondary learners be engaged in one-on-one discussions with the tutor and peers, groups; especially on various genres with literature. Practically learn foundations on literature and master the rest. Get exposure to analysis from various e-sources. Build your self confidence, practice all your skills in speeches, listening, reading, writing and language structures and conventions, integrated . Be driven to a creative world and learn how to read and analyse everything you lay your eyes on (pictures, drawings, signed et cetera) engaged on current issues' discussions, be well verse, develop. More importantly you should be able to work independently through worksheets that will take you to distinctions.
