About the lesson

Beginner-Friendly Start: We begin with the basics—floating, breathing techniques, and water confidence.

Step-by-Step Progression: Gradually move into freestyle, learning proper body positioning, arm movements, and efficient kicks.

Stroke Mastery: Once comfortable, you’ll advance to the three other competitive strokes:

Butterfly – powerful and rhythmic, focusing on timing and coordination.

Breaststroke – smooth and controlled, emphasizing glide and efficiency.

Backstroke – relaxed yet technical, improving balance and spatial awareness.

Personalized Coaching: Each session is tailored to your pace, whether you’re overcoming fear of water or aiming for competitive swimming.

Fitness & Technique: Alongside strokes, you’ll build stamina, strength, and discipline in the water.

Goal-Oriented Training: Whether your aim is fitness, competition, or simply enjoying swimming, the class adapts to your needs.

Strengths: You are showing amazing water confidence and a natural ability to float! Your curiosity makes you a fast learner when it comes to trying new games and splashes.

Improvements: We are going to work on "big bubbles" to master your breathing and practice your "safety reach" so you can always find the wall independently.

Strengths: You have fantastic stamina and a strong, disciplined mindset during long sets. Your ability to listen and apply technical corrections shows great maturity and athletic potential.
